Reload indicator #598

In the UI, you can click the 'reload' text to reload Apache but nothing visible happens. Can you add some kind of indicatior so we know that Apache is actually reloading (i. e. a spinner) or the reloading process is done (i. e. change text to 'Done!' for a few seconds or add it next to the 'Reload' text)?

When I click on Reload I get Windows notification that it's reloaded, you may need to configure notifications in Windows settings
