Restructuring modules / scripts #16

  1. Separate modules (packages) and scripts. Ideally, they shouldn't be in the same directory.
  2. Don't manually add paths. Not a good practice.
  3. Don't use src as a package name. We are not using compiled languages
  4. format documents. Run make test && make style && make quality
