Renaming `blocks` variable to `restful_blocks` #5

Somewhere around the Wordpress 5.9 update the WP core is reserving blocks as a variable. This PR renames the plugin variable to restful_blocks to avoid conflict.

My apologies I opened the PR on the wrong repo. It was meant for our fork at https://github.com/ZamanehMedia/restful-blocks :sweat_smile:

@joshuadelange This upstream repo is pretty much abandoned by me, I'm not taking care of it anymore. Are you maintaining your fork? If so, do you want to merge your changes here, and take over this repo?

Hi @leoloso Thank you for the offer but at the moment we don't have the capacity to maintain it. Thank you for your work on it, it has been very useful for our project.
