anyone find a solution ?

Try to enable dynamic power management for the realtek card.

@leoluk thanks but the only dpm settings is for the Radeon , but nothing for HDA intel PCH , I added to grub to this line GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash" radeon.dpm=1 radeon.audio=1

of course didn't make any difference , have you got any link ? that I can look into it.

thanks again

Try to enable it using powertop.

@leoluk thanks I have added to modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf options snd-hda-intel power_save=1

and if I don't play anything there isn't noise :) with the volume up ;) great !

but asap I play something the noise is back , and if I leave open the app in pause or in background the noise keep going until I don't close the app. Example with youtube if I set pause the noise still there, if I close the tab then the noise will disappear . Any solution for that ?
