Hi, I am facing this problem, whether to explain both cases or just one from them? Yield is different in both ways

Hi Jazib, both depict same information. You can present any of these. If you see the boxplot of same treatment in both the outputs, you will find they are same. The jitter points' distribution might be different along x-axis (its jitter function's default things) but along y-axis distribution of jitter will be same for a treatment in both the outputs. If you try using geom_point() instead of geom_jitter(), you may understand what I mean.
