ADD: XIAO RP2040 Footprint #5

add xiao rp2040 footprint to the components/connectors folder and also added into the components-name.js.

Haha, I am currently working as Application Engineer with Seeed Studio, and recently your request popped up and I think this is really interesting approach and also pretty interesting challenge for myself as well, I learnt a lot along the porting process, Thanks.
