moving towards v0.1.0 #50

This PR has a number of changes, some breaking.

Some of the most notable improvements are to the path drawing interface. This includes:

each point no longer need be wrapped in pt(...)
deleting points by holding "x" when clicking
changing point type from pt -> cubic -> fillet by holding "z" when clicking
coordinate bezier handle movement

Other changes include:

"refDes" is replaced with "id"
uuids generated when components are created (footprint added to board) can be used as symbolic reference in things like netList later on

The breaking changes include:

footprints are declared with footprint(...) function
component "name" has become component "label"
drills are specified in footprints
vias footprint has changed

All examples from "How to make (almost) anything" have been updated
