Comment and enter does nothing when you can't enter #27

If you're looking at a giveaway you created or any other giveaway that you can't enter (Exists in Account) then the "Comment and Enter" button simply does nothing.

It should either just comment or simply not be present on the page.

I know, we just need to check for sidebar__error, if that exists or already entered, hide the comment and enter.
