[Feature] Notify users of new updates #167

Description

We should inform users of new updates of the CLI, so they know when to update.

Describe the solution you'd like

We can use https://www.npmjs.com/package/update-notifier, it should be straightforward.

Describe alternatives you've considered

"Watch" the GitHub repo or follow social media channels of Leon to be aware of new updates.
