Some helper functions are needed that work directly on the mesh class:

Switch around the orientation of a triangle/line
Force inward/outward normals using the center of gravity as a reference
More complicated algorithm that forces inward/outward normals by doing real intersection ray tracing

This will be fixed in the parametric mesher
