I created this PR to address this rule:

"Variable and function names should be descriptive and follow a consistent naming convention."

Description

This PR updates the variable names in the file python/collatz/MaxSequence.py to be more descriptive and follow a consistent naming convention. The variable len has been renamed to length and the variable to has been renamed to limit. These changes improve code readability and adhere to best practices.

Summary of Changes

Renamed the variable len to length in the collatz function.
Renamed the variable to to limit in the findMaxCollatz function.
