Miabot initialization not automated #2

Miabot driver requires

sudo rfcomm connect hci0

sudo chmod a+rw /dev/rfcomm0

to be executed before launch. This should be automated.

Fixed with https://github.com/leonard-lab/dcslROS/commit/9d2c6e6b6672f6f438efa5ed30fe5166a4b9fc9f. Not yet merged into groovy-devel.
