Suspect error in F function. should be dsin/dcos = -1/tan

Just checked that derivative and it's correct.

Fixed with https://github.com/leonard-lab/dcslROS/commit/783ec6e4cb4b146f0743cbddff74ae6903a33165. Will close when reaches groovy-devel.
