what i was trying to say is instead of 33-js-concepts lets add one more topic named WebAPI in javascript.as webApi are very important. i have PR on this you can have look and like if you want to............ #393

I think they will not merge it, anyways this topic is important but from the start this repo is named as 33-javascript-concepts and this will not justify the repository name. Yes this can be added as a sub topic may be in any existing topi If that is relevant.
