Based on the decided research question

Use the experimental designs in the literature as inspiration and guidance

Don't try to come up with the method from scratch, base it on approaches used in the literature.

Factors will be:

How many repositories?
How many pull requests?
What analytics to apply?
What data items to gather?
What unit of data (PR, comment...?).
