In the executable file for CLAPI (/usr/local/centreon/www/modules/centreon-clapi/core/centreon) line 67 has the variable $centreon_etc instead of /etc/centreon which causes a PHP failure. Changing it to /etc/centreon seems to fix it.

Please use the installer. this is a macro that the installer replace during the setup step.
