For browsing tags:

browse tlink <lid> in <doc_id>
- show tlink browser output

Also usable on other tags. 'as' suffix can be used, to give TimeML or CSV 
output.

Events, tlinks and timex3s should include related information regarding 
instances or signals.

Also, allow "browse doc [docid|docname]", which will run all future browse 
queries that 
don't explicitly state a document to be run on that one.

The doc keyword should always be optional, and could be document | doc
e.g. oneOf("doc document", caseless=True)
