Incorrect sentence breaks on import #63

Sentence 7 of SJMN91-06338157.tml is the closing sentence, beginning "ANN 
DEVROY"; CAVaT has it as a fragment of the previous sentence, beginning "the 
handwriting".

sentences IDs 5 and 6 are blank in this document, giving 10 rows in the 
sentences table, but only 8 are found in the document by other programs e.g. 
Charniak's parser;
