fix building with master of mitchellh/packer #24

Hey @leonidlm!

This CL fixes building with HEAD of packer - they reworked their internals, removing packer.ConfigTemplate (commit) type among other things.

Tested, works like a charm - thank you for great plugin!

I've just noticed it's a duplicate of #20 - not sure what's the state of that PR as there were no updates and I haven't tested it.

In any case feel free to close this PR.
