Users are Able to Add Entries for the Same Month/Year Combination #33

We should make sure that adding an entry for an existing month/year combination overwrites the previous one, rather than creating a new data entry. As an added bonus, this removes the need for an edit fragment by default, so it will solve #5.

Extra task for @leonikussmaul - pick an icon / title for the new combined button.

While testing I added an entry for myself and realised I cannot delete it - probably should add a way to delete as well
