Added an end cap #7

My kids and myself kept cutting ourselves on the sharp burrs on the square steel tubing, thus I created a small end cap to be hammered in. It conforms slightly to burrs, and if installed straight it should still be possible to remove the tubing from the machine if needed. OpenSCAD and STL file included.
