Documentation requires changes #30

The documentation (README.md/Wiki) needs to be improved at a few places. The following points should be mentioned:

  1. Links to sources (if any)
  2. How to install and set this project up
  3. How to use it (a good UI development will also do well)
  4. A lengthier description of the application and what it does, etc. should be provided
  5. FAQs/common mistakes/common errors should be mentioned
