Examples for ECI module(Feature Request) #11

This issue aims at the addition of examples for the ECI module.
The examples to be included are for the following functions :-

CreateContainerGroup
DescribeContainerGroups
UpdateContainerGroup
DescribeRegions
RestartContainerGroup
DeleteContainerGroup

Hey @rheo-chiti. Please go ahead and add the examples as soon as possible. It's important to have a look at the examples to verify end-to-end operation. Need you to do this before we can merge #10.
