Compute instance support for Rackspace #5

This is a Feature Proposal

Description

Using nodecloud, a user should be able to create and deploy compute instances in the Rackspace cloud.

@rehrumesh should we first support only general purpose or all the types offered by Rackspace ?

We should at try to match equivalent services we have implemented for AWS and GCP. i.e: Compute, Network, Storage etc.
