Add systemd support + other pkg issues #109

This pr does several things:

add a systemd service file
move sys v init file to debian subfolder (debian packaging prefers both sys v init & systemd files simultaneously)
enable systemd support in deb pkging files
remove hard coded installation dependencies - let these be autodetected
move installation of "factory" config files into install & add gitignore exception
rename leosac service name leosacd -> leosac (debian packaging requires this)

I will have a documentation update pr to follow this, which will reflect these changes and include other fixes as well.
