how to install mutagen on window xp #12

hello,guys.I'm new to python.I got a problem when try to install mutagen on
window xp.Before I install,I've installed python3.1 on windows.
I google the problem,one answer is such as:run command: python set.up
install in cmd.I got a error:
File "setup.py",line 51
    print "You're  not Joe,so this might not work."

really much thanks to any tips!

I just installed mutagen on my WinXP-SP3 machine using Python 2.5.2, worked 
fine.
I'd guess that mutagen is 2.x only and isn't yet ported to Python 3 - both 
series are
not source compatible. So install a 2.x series of Python and try again.

Mutagen does not support Python 3, and works fine on Windows.
