No, it won't be supported. It's a pointless measurement for FLAC.

Throwing in my 2 cents, even though it has been marked as WontFix...
While I do agree that bitrate is an "useless" info for lossless files providing
the
info would allow applications to have nicer behaviour when having to display
those
bitrates.
Taking Quodlibet (or Exaile apparently) as an example, when you display the
bitrate
column, it says "0" (or -1), and that is just wrong. They could display
nothing, but
it's also wrong. Lossless files do have a bitrate, and even if the info is not
useful, at least it would provide an unified behaviour.

If Exaile or Quod Libet want to spend the time to get an accurate bitrate
calculation
(which basically involves decoding the file) or an inaccurate one (divide bytes
by
seconds), that's fine. It's not the domain of Mutagen.
