Docs for rtop incorrect? #5

Maybe I'm missing an alias, but bazel run @reason//:rtop doesn't work form me. bazel run @com_github_ostera_rules_reason//:rtop does though.

At some point I must have disabled it. The alias should be straightforward to add to the top-level BUILD file if you want to give that a shot :) otherwise I'll do it later today
