TLDR. JSX Chinese display garbled code #167

When I clone TLDR and tldr.jsx, and then test it, I find that if there is Chinese in md file, the page display results will appear garbled.

Let's reopen this actually—when the linked PR #168 is merged this will auto close. In the main project, this is actually still an issue, so it would be good to keep users aware.
