Re: #51 and as discussed on https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr/issues/948

This PR should:

[x] Add mixpanel and initialize it appropriately on page load
[x] Track a found and a not-found page
[ ] Anonymous session page view mapping
[ ] Verify Badge to get a flippity flopping 200,000 free tracks a month
