Need email service #13

We need to figure out who's going to serve emails for us, both in terms of providing a help/info/admin/kittens@interdisciplinaryprogramming.com, and for the credentials in smtpTransport; nodemailer was happy firing emails off itself on Heroku, but that fails on my machine. Don't know how that'll play on digital ocean, but we'd best be safe and declare some credentials for smtpTransport, as it's what the nodemailer maintainers recommend anyway.

50 bucks a year for a custom inbox and no headaches - DO doesn't include any email service and I don't think either of us want to manage an email server, so this is my preferred solution. @afabbro sign off and I will purchase and set up, otherwise let me know and we can keep shopping.
