Changes:

1. Renaming the Addon:

Changed the addon name from "XXMI-Tools" to "XXMI_Tools" to improve library imports in other applications.

2. Renaming the Folder:

Changed the folder name from "3DM" to "migoto" because Python identifiers cannot start with a number.

3. Updates in ui.py:

Improved class registration to prevent a bug where the class, when imported by another addon, becomes inactive in the main addon's hierarchy.
