3DMigoto Loader States it is already running, but there are no running processes in the system. #3

This could very well be user error as I am new to using mods, but I have installed the 3DMigoto for Playing, then when I come to open the Loader it states it is already running. This is after clean system boots, but then I cannot get any mods to actually load with F10. Happy to communicate through Discord, but unable to add you as you're not accepting requests.

Still not getting mods to work, but got around this issue by commenting out the admin UAC prompt.
