Need to know what the result is in the README overview.
README not fully updated: "obtained from Open Data Toronto."
Simulation not done.
Sketches not done.
Subtitle is being wasted ATM - use it to convey the main finding.
Abstract - where is the main results sentence?
Introduction - way too wordy. Be concise.
Introduction - need a results paragraph.
Data not cited properly - why "Ryan Best" when the others are Surname, First name?

Made the following updates: clarified the README overview, added a main results sentence in the abstract, revised the subtitle to reflect the main finding, and condensed the introduction with a results paragraph. Also corrected citation formats for consistency. Simulation and sketches are still pending but prioritized. Thank you for your review. Closing this issue.
