Add detail Owner page

• [ ] Add request method to get Owner details in OwnerProvider
• [x] Add Owner detail widget with id
• [x] Push navigate to a new widget with Owner id

Note: getOwners will load all owner data. No need to another request method. Note 2: eager loading will decrease performance with a large database.
