Change novia floors #35

Novia has only 3 floors hardcoded but it has from floor 0 to 4

The database doesnt have rooms in floor 0 or 4, when added its easy to add img paths in roomdb.xml The issue in here is that javascript should initialize html elements for floor-pagination and floor-images. I will make an issue of that.
