Metric Names

Five new metrics to BioMonTools • nord_COET – values 0 to 4 (is each Order present) • # Ephem taxa – II (BCG_Attr), III (BCG_Attr), IV_best (BCG_Attr2), IV_middle (BCG_Attr2) • # Trich taxa - II (BCG_Attr), III (BCG_Attr), IV_best (BCG_Attr2), IV_middle (BCG_Attr2) • # Coleo taxa – II (BCG_Attr), III (BCG_Attr), IV_best (BCG_Attr2), IV_middle (BCG_Attr2) • # Odon taxa - II (BCG_Attr), III (BCG_Attr), IV_best (BCG_Attr2), IV_middle (BCG_Attr2)

Issues:

  1. BCG2 not used in some previous metrics.
  2. 4b is 4_BETTER and 4_BEST in BCG_ATTR2.

For now 4b leave alone but remove "BCG2" from new metrics.

Change "4_BEST" to "4_BETTER". Mistake in original request.

Used sample data input and metric output to QC results. All good.
