NJ Fish Index, not working properly #88

Describe the bug NJ Fish index (2005) the first 4 metrics on a gradient aren't scoring properly.

Metric 8A and 8B, only the max goes in to the final index number.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
