Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Change sensor depth Gross fail and suspect values to a higher number.

Describe the solution you'd like Fail to 10^5 Suspect to 10^3

Describe alternatives you've considered User have wide range of streams.

sensor depth default should be set high like discharge

Commit 2.0.5.9080 not correct. Should have been added to Issue #107 and not here.
