For some plots the legend covers up data. Move outside of the plot area. Below?

Legend is outside of the plot area from a previous version fix. But needs work.

Legend has a box. Rather than increase the area for the legend removed the box around it.

Added legend for the water temperature and sensor depth plot.

Legend should by with the plot. As of now it is below the plot and is a separate image.
