QC of gage data file not picking up all parameters. Only a select few.

Using v2.0.1.9019 and gage "01187300" from the example files there are 4 parameters downloaded. But only 2 are QCed.

QC = YES = water temp and discharge QC = NO = air temp and gage height

Download save file only has the 2 parameters.

fun.GageData.R not set up for air or water pressure.

Added air and water pressure in psi to gage download. fun.GageData.R.
ContData.env$myNames.Order missing new fields. Was dropping fields not included (e.g., gage height). config.R. 20170609.
fun.QC.R missing QC routine for gage height.
