Only the file version. "Bad file" error message.

Had to turn off the "reports" for the "file" versions of QCRaw, Aggregate, and Stats.

Mixed case issue with saved file names. Need to sort out with base functions and file versions.

Need to address "file type". Have as mixed case. Should force to upper case in all instances.

v2.0.1.9053 seems to be working fine.
