Vignette not installing #49

Moving from R 3.4.2 to R 3.4.3 the vignette does not install on a clean install.

Had to force the the building of the vignette. XLConnect then installs and it then works.

Have XLConnect in "suggests" in DESCRIPTION. But need to force it to load to generate vignette.
