Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. the functions rarify and RBIcalc are not central to this package.

Describe the solution you'd like Move to a different package.

Describe alternatives you've considered Useful functions but not integral to QA/QC of continuous data.

Additional context Would work for several other projects to have them in a separate package.

Leave in RBIcalc for now since is flow related and collect "continuous" flow data.
