SummaryStats - day time period is Excel type day value #77

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Run summary stats and look at "Stats....csv" the "day" values are numbers and not dates.

Describe alternatives you've considered Should be dates.

Using origin of Jan 1, 1970. Need to fix the output.
