Report Output - make optional #80

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Make the report output optional.

Describe the solution you'd like Have a parameter (default=TRUE) to create reports. e.g., CreateReport=TRUE.

Describe alternatives you've considered Requested by some that are doing high volume of files and/or not interested in getting the reports.

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Could be in config or as a parameter.

Only for QCRaw and Aggregate.

Other functions don't create anything other than the report.
