Premature Reference to `create_resource` in Section 4.2 #107

In 4.2. Responding to Changes with create_effect, at the very end of the page, the book is saying

Like create_resource, watch takes a first argument ...

However, create_resource hasn't been introduced at this point. The first mention of create_resource is in 6.1. Loading Data with Resources. This might be due to a reordering of the content. It's a minor issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in case the phrase needs to be updated for clarity.
