Wrong examples in section: Making signals depend on each other #115

The section https://book.leptos.dev/reactivity/working_with_signals.html#making-signals-depend-on-each-other examples mention some A, B and C functions, but there aren't such functions in the provided examples. And not even sure that the code shown is related, or translatable to those A, B and C.

Fair enough. The "abstract" versions map 1:1 with the variables in each example. Added comments in dc9807b to make it more obvious.
