Explicitly list end2end-dir in Cargo.toml #7

Unclear if this is a Windows issue, but cargo leptos end-to-end refused to run correctly until end2end-dir was specified in the Cargo.toml.

I also included a note for future non-WSL Windows users who have npm installed natively to use npx.cmd rather than just npx.
