[bug]: Access denied for build

Im not sure exactly why this access denied error is happening, but if I create the directory manually, then the build succeeds but then hot reloading causes more errors:

note:

• this is vscode, nightly rust, and I think I installed trunk with --frozen but im not sure how to undo that.
• the 2nd error happens if I update the index.html

This is often an issue with Windows virus scan. Try adding your folder as an exclusion to your Windows threat protection.
